Beside your clinic system
Patient files and bookings stay in your clinic system. Daily takings and insurer invoices come into Aqid ERP as sales, so the ledger and VAT return are built from them.
Keep your clinic system for patients and appointments, and run the books, VAT and payroll here: invoice insurers, see what each department earns, and pay doctors on time.
Keep your clinic system for patients and appointments, and run the books, VAT and payroll here: invoice insurers, see what each department earns, and pay doctors on time. Aqid ERP is built for ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, prepares the VAT return from the books and runs payroll with GOSI and a WPS file in the Mudad layout. The Growth plan fits, at SAR 111 a month, with a 60-day free trial. Not built yet: Aqid ERP is the accounting, VAT and payroll layer, not a clinic system.

Each insurance company or corporate client is a customer with its own statement and ageing. You see what each one owes and how long it has been outstanding.
Make each department a cost centre: general practice, paediatrics, lab, radiology. Tag revenue and supplies to it, allocate doctor salaries to it from the payroll entry, and the P&L shows which department carries the clinic.
Payroll for doctors, nurses and reception with GOSI and the Mudad WPS file. Employee records carry document expiry alerts for iqamas and passports, and you can add other documents.
Tax invoices to insurers and companies, simplified invoices for walk-in patients, credit notes for rejected claims you write off, automatic email reminders, and statements by email or WhatsApp.
Departments, doctors or branches as cost centres, with a P&L for each one.
Purchase orders and bills from medical suppliers and labs, with an approval limit so large orders wait for a second approver.
Imaging machines, dental chairs and lab equipment on a fixed asset register; run depreciation each month in one click.
Monthly payroll in SAR, GOSI contributions, Mudad WPS salary file, end-of-service accruals and bilingual payslips.
On Growth and Premium, track consumables across stores at weighted average cost, and post usage with a stock adjustment or count.
Invoices to insurers and companies go out as tax invoices and are cleared through ZATCA e-invoicing Phase 2. Simplified invoices for individual patients are reported. Each carries UBL 2.1 XML, a XAdES signature and a QR code.
Standard VAT in Saudi Arabia is 15%. If parts of your services are treated differently for VAT, agree the treatment with your tax adviser and set it up before you start invoicing.
The VAT return is prepared from the books, so it matches the invoices and bills you posted.
For small businesses that need compliant invoicing
79 / month
For teams that want the full books, not only invoices

For companies with branches, devices and volume

Not listed yet: Aqid ERP's listing in ZATCA's solution-provider directory is in progress. It implements Phase 2 end to end (UBL 2.1 XML, XAdES signature, QR code, clearance for tax invoices and reporting for simplified ones) and is tested against ZATCA's published rules. You connect your device with an OTP from the Fatoora portal.
No. There are no patient records, EMR, appointments or insurance claims submission. Your clinic system keeps doing that; Aqid ERP does the accounting, VAT and payroll.
Yes: monthly payroll in SAR, GOSI contributions, the Mudad WPS salary file, end-of-service accruals and bilingual payslips. Growth has no employee limit.
Yes. Make each department or doctor a cost centre, tag revenue and costs to it (allocating payroll cost from the payroll entry), and run the P&L for that cost centre.
On Growth and Premium you can track stock in several stores at weighted average cost. There is no batch, lot or expiry-date tracking.
Each insurer is a customer with its own statement and ageing. Send statements by email or WhatsApp, and set automatic email reminders.
