Where it stands in Saudi Arabia

What accounting software in Saudi Arabia has to do, and how far Aqid ERP goes today. The details are on the accounting software page.

  • In the product

    ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing

Signed UBL XML, QR code, counter and hash chain per device; clearance and reporting, tested against ZATCA's own validator. Connect your company from the app with your Fatoora OTP.

  • In the product

VAT 15 % and the ZATCA return

The return laid out box by box from your invoices and bills, with the documents behind every figure. You file it on the portal; Aqid ERP does not file for you.

  • In the product

GOSI, Mudad WPS, end of service

Monthly payroll in SAR with GOSI by nationality and date, a Mudad WPS file for your bank and article 84 end-of-service accruals.

  • In the product

    Books in Arabic and English

An append-only ledger, a Saudi chart of accounts, bank reconciliation, multi-currency and consolidation across companies.

What it does not do yet

  • E-invoicing (ZATCA): Aqid ERP implements Phase 2 end to end and is tested against ZATCA's published rules, but it is not yet listed in ZATCA's solution-provider directory. Onboarding a device needs your Fatoora portal OTP.
  • Payroll & WPS: The UAE pension is not yet in the table, and no bank has yet accepted a Aqid ERP WPS file. Have a payroll adviser check the rates before your first run.
  • Accounting & reports: Bank feeds through Lean are built but not yet connected to a live bank; statements are imported as files. Aqid ERP is young: the ledger is tested by more than 2,000 automated checks, not yet by years of customers.
