The day's takings into the books
Your booking or POS app closes the day. You post its services, product sales and VAT in Aqid ERP against the card clearing and cash accounts, so the bank deposit and the books agree when you reconcile.
For UAE beauty salons, barbershops, nail bars and spas that run appointments in a booking app. Aqid ERP records each day's takings at 5% VAT, invoices bridal parties and corporate clients, keeps retail products and back-bar supplies as stock, and pays stylists and therapists through a WPS salary file.

A wedding party, a hotel contract or a company wellness day gets a tax invoice in AED from Aqid ERP, with a quote the client accepts online first, a customer statement and a payment link once you connect a payment provider.
Retail products and the colour, wax and oils used on clients are stock items at weighted average cost. The browser till reads barcodes for product sales, and a month-end count sends what was used to cost.
Monthly payroll in AED with commission as a percentage of sales, the WPS SIF salary file, gratuity on the basic wage and payslips in Arabic and English. Residence visa, work permit and health insurance dates raise a notice before they expire.
Tax invoices for event and corporate clients, quotes accepted online without an account, credit notes for cancelled packages and automatic email reminders for unpaid invoices.
Retail products and salon supplies in one store or several, with barcodes, stock counts and weighted average cost. Growth or Premium.
Purchase orders to distributors turn into bills, and staff can submit expense claims for small buys.
Commission rules, the WPS SIF file, end-of-service gratuity, bilingual payslips and expiry notices for every team member's documents.
Tag takings and bills to each branch, or to hair, nails and spa, allocate payroll to them, and read a profit and loss for each.
Services and product sales are recorded at 5% VAT, input tax on products, rent and equipment is collected as you post the bills, and the VAT 201 is laid out from the ledger with each box opening to its documents. You enter the figures on EmaraTax by the 28th day after the period ends; the layout has not yet been checked with a live filing.
Walk-in clients are consumers, and sales to consumers are outside the e-invoicing phases announced so far; their receipts come from your booking or POS app. Invoices to businesses, such as an events company or a hotel, are in scope: a salon under AED 50M of revenue appoints an accredited service provider by 31 March 2027 and sends through it from 1 July 2027.
Aqid ERP signs those invoices as PINT AE XML today, but its connection to a provider is not yet live and it is not a provider itself. A salon that sells only to consumers will still need a provider to receive its suppliers' e-invoices.
