How to send a monthly management pack and forecast cash

One PDF of the month's statements, key figures, ageings and VAT summary with your commentary, and a 13-week look at the cash to come.

Steps

  1. Choose the sections

    Choose Reports → Management reports PDF, tick the Sections and pick the Language; add your Commentary for the summary and any section.

  2. Generate the pack

    Choose Generate pack: it is prepared in the background and appears in the list below. Choose Download PDF once it is Ready.

  3. E-mail it monthly

    Under Monthly e-mail tick E-mail last month's pack every month, add the Recipients and the day of the month, then choose Save pack settings.

  4. Forecast cash

    Open Reports → Cash Forecast for 13 weeks of open invoices and bills, recurring invoices, payroll and VAT. Add a loan or a large order under Your entries, with a Scenario name to try it apart.
