How to ask your books a question and connect an AI assistant

Ask in Arabic or English: answers come from your own books with their sources, and drafts wait for you to issue them.

Steps

  1. Ask a question

    Choose Ask at the top of any page and type a question in Arabic or English, such as “Which invoices are overdue?”

  2. Check the sources

    Open Sources under the answer to see the invoices, accounts or reports it used.

  3. Draft from a request

    Ask it to prepare an invoice or bill for a customer or supplier and an amount, then choose Open the draft invoice to review and issue it yourself.

  4. Connect your own assistant

    Choose Settings → AI assistants, name it, tick Read only if it should not draft, choose how long it Works for and Make the key. Add the key, shown once, to your assistant's MCP settings; Revoke it at any time.
