How to give your accounting firm access to your books

An accounting firm on Aqid ERP asks for access to your company; nothing is shared until you accept, at the role you choose, and you can end it whenever you like.

Steps

  1. The firm asks

    Your firm adds your company from its console. Its request appears under Settings → Users → Accounting firms, marked Asking for access.

  2. Give access

    Choose Give access, pick the role the firm works with — Accountant, Viewer, Employee or Admin — and confirm. You may be asked to confirm who you are.

  3. The firm works

    The firm's staff open your books from their console and see a banner saying whose books they are in. Everything they do is in your audit trail under their name and the firm's.

  4. End access

    Choose End access beside the firm. Its staff are signed out of your books at once and cannot open them again until you give access again.
