The month's pay run on one sheet
A payroll register (مسير رواتب) lists every employee's pay for one month on one sheet: basic, housing, transport and other earnings, the gross, then GOSI, absence and other deductions, and the net. It is the sheet the manager signs before the bank file goes out, and the one an inspector or auditor asks for, because the net column is exactly what the Wage Protection System file carries to Mudad.
The payslip is the same arithmetic for one employee; the register is all of them, with column totals, so the total net equals the bank transfer and the total GOSI equals the month's contribution invoice.
- Period, pay date and a run number.
- Per employee: name, number, basic, housing, transport, other earnings, gross.
- Deductions: GOSI employee share, absence, loans, advances, other.
- Net pay, and the total of every money column.
- Prepared-by and approved-by signatures.
