How to send payment reminders by WhatsApp, SMS or email

Connect your own WhatsApp Business number or SMS sender, write the message once in Arabic and English, and let a rule send it on the day it names.

Steps

  1. Connect a channel

    In Settings, under WhatsApp and SMS, choose Connect for WhatsApp (your Meta WhatsApp Cloud API number) or SMS (your Unifonic sender). Email needs no connection.

  2. Write the templates

    Under Message templates choose New template, pick the channel and language, and insert details such as Customer, Number, Due date and Link. A WhatsApp template names the Approved WhatsApp template from Meta.

  3. Make a rule

    Under Reminder rules choose New rule: the document types, Unpaid or Partly paid, how many days before or after the due date or issue date, the channel and template, and the Arabic template for customers who read Arabic.

  4. Check what was sent

    Each message appears under Messages sent as Queued, Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed or Not sent. With No mobile: send the email instead ticked, a customer without a mobile gets the email.
