How to issue ZATCA e-invoices from your own system through the API
Your own system sends the invoice; Aqid ERP numbers it, signs it, sends it to ZATCA and returns the answer. Start with a test key, which saves nothing.
Steps
Open the Invoicing API
Choose Sales → Invoicing API: it shows the Base URL, the ZATCA gateway your server issues through, and this month's live and test calls.
Create a test key
Under API keys choose Test and Allow writes, then Create key. Copy the secret now: it is never shown again.
Send a test invoice
Send the Example request with an Idempotency-Key; repeating a key returns the first answer. Fix anything the answer lists under zatca.issues.
Go live
With a ZATCA device onboarded (Onboard in Compliance), create a Live key: its invoices are issued, posted and sent to ZATCA. Add a webhook endpoint to hear the answer.
