Unified national number (700)

The ten-digit number starting with 7 that identifies an establishment across government: Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, GOSI, HRSD and Qiwa.

In Arabic: الرقم الوطني الموحد للمنشأة

Meaning

The unified national number (الرقم الوطني الموحد للمنشأة), often called the 700 number, is the single identifier a Saudi establishment carries across government systems. It is issued with the commercial registration and starts with 7; the same number opens the establishment's file at ZATCA, GOSI, the Ministry of Human Resources, Qiwa, Mudad, Absher Business and the Chamber. It is distinct from the commercial registration number (which identifies the registration) and the VAT number (which identifies the tax registration).

In accounting software the unified number is the company's identity for e-invoicing onboarding, GOSI and WPS files and government portals, so it is entered once in the company's settings. When a form asks for "establishment number" or "unified number", this is it.

Also called: unified number · 700 number · establishment number · الرقم الموحد

Example

Al Noor's commercial registration is 1010123456, its VAT number 310122393500003 and its unified number 7001234567. The Mudad account, the GOSI subscription and the ZATCA e-invoicing onboarding all key off the 7001234567.
