Tag payroll lines to a project and the job's labour cost includes the employer's SPF share, which differs sharply by nationality: 14.5% for an Omani employee, 1% of the full wage for an expatriate, whose gratuity also accrues monthly. Profit by project then shows what a crew really costs. Each branch can carry its own commercial registration on its documents. Contract retentions are held back on the invoice and released when the work is accepted, with every amount in rials to three decimals.
