Questions

Which reports are there?

Manufacturing variance, the production register, cost of goods manufactured and material consumption.

Can I build from several warehouses?

Each order draws from one warehouse and puts the finished goods into one.

Is it a fit for a large plant?

It fits small and medium workshops. A plant that schedules machines by the hour needs a planning tool beside it.

Who uses this

In Oman

A workshop's year-end profit, cost of goods manufactured included, is where Oman's income tax begins. The 3% rate needs every condition met, among them an average of no more than 25 employees and gross income up to OMR 150,000, so a growing workshop should watch both. Products sold abroad are zero-rated exports on the VAT return. Aqid ERP costs production at weighted average in rials to three decimals and shows where actual cost left the standard. Production is on Growth and Premium.
