How to send a customer statement by WhatsApp or email

The customer gets their balance and a link: they see the statement and pay each open invoice online, without an account.

Steps

  1. Open the statement

    Choose Sales → Customer statements and pick the customer and period.

  2. Choose how

    Choose Email statement or WhatsApp statement.

  3. Check the recipient

    Leave the address or number blank to use the customer's, or type another.

  4. Send

    Choose Send email, or Open WhatsApp and send the written message from your own WhatsApp.
