E-invoicing built for the UAE's 2026 mandate

Every invoice leaves Aqid ERP as PINT AE XML, signed and kept with its PDF, so the day your business must transmit, the documents already have the shape the FTA asks for.

What you get

Tax invoices and credit notes

Standard and simplified tax invoices, with credit and debit notes tied to the invoice they correct, in AED or any currency with the AED equivalent shown.

PINT AE UBL XML with a signature

The XML is generated from the ledger to the UAE's Peppol PINT profile, signed in a separate service that alone holds the keys, and kept with the PDF.

QR code and PDF/A-3

A QR code on every PDF and the XML embedded in a PDF/A-3, in Arabic and English.

Service-provider transmission

The mandate runs through an accredited service provider in a five-corner model. Aqid ERP's connection to one is in progress; until it is live, the XML is produced and stored, not transmitted.

Per-invoice status

See each invoice's XML and signature and, once transmission is live, the service provider's answer; a send that fails is queued and tried again.

Questions

When does UAE e-invoicing become mandatory?

The FTA has announced a phased start from 2026, beginning with larger businesses. Check the FTA's published timeline for your turnover band; this page does not replace it.

Do I need an accredited service provider?

Yes — the UAE model transmits through one. Aqid ERP prepares the signed XML; the connection to a provider is in progress.

Can I use Aqid ERP for UAE invoices before the mandate?

Yes. Invoices carry VAT 5 %, a QR code and the signed XML now; nothing has to change when transmission starts.
