How to connect your company to ZATCA (Fatoora)

Connect once with an OTP from the Fatoora portal; from then on every invoice is cleared or reported to ZATCA as it is approved.

Steps

  1. Open the connection

    Choose Connect to Fatoora on the banner at the top, or Connect to ZATCA under Compliance.

  2. Check the company details

    ZATCA writes your VAT number, CR number and national address into the device certificate: enter them exactly as registered.

  3. Generate an OTP on Fatoora

    On the Fatoora portal choose “Onboard new solution unit/device” and generate a one-time password. It works once, within one hour.

  4. Connect and go live

    Enter the OTP and choose Connect and go live. Aqid ERP creates the certificate and puts six sample documents through ZATCA's checks, usually in under a minute.
